Yuuuu 29df92ee17 feat: add Fujian M5 match and source-priority fixtures 
Offline confirmation for 哈药牌钙铁锌口服液 uses recorded GOODSID 4000109983 and PRIORITY=1 source rows. M5 host/SID are configured; credentials stay local.
