feat: 添加一键启动脚本

新增文件:
- 启动.command: macOS 双击启动脚本
- 启动说明.md: 启动使用说明

使用方式:
1. 双击 "启动.command" 即可启动前后端
2. 双击 "stop.sh" 即可停止服务
