新增功能:
- 支持云端 API: DeepSeek, OpenAI, Qwen
- 支持本地 Ollama: llama3:8b, nomic-embed-text
- 统一 LLM 客户端，自动切换提供商

配置方式:
- LLM_PROVIDER=deepseek (云端, 推荐)
- LLM_PROVIDER=openai (云端)
- LLM_PROVIDER=qwen (阿里云)
- LLM_PROVIDER=ollama (本地)

优势:
